Shipping Policy
TrueBatch Research operates in Florida and ships reference materials with handling appropriate to each compound.
Rates
A flat shipping rate of $14.95 applies to all domestic orders, covering protective packaging and careful handling. Orders with a subtotal over $250 ship free.
Shipping is currently available within the United States. The applicable rate is shown at checkout.
Processing
Orders are typically prepared and shipped within one business day. Reference materials are packaged to preserve label integrity and storage stability.
Because orders ship quickly, please confirm your shipping address at checkout. Address corrections must be requested promptly — see our Refund Policy for details.
Handling
Where appropriate, temperature-conscious packaging is used. Upon receipt, materials should be stored according to the storage guidance provided with each product.
