Refund Policy

All sales are final. Opened or used reference materials cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded. Refunds or replacements are issued only in the limited transit and fulfillment circumstances described below. Shipping charges are non-refundable except where an error is ours.

If an item arrives with compromised container integrity, document the issue with photographs prior to opening any protective packaging and contact Hello@TrueBatchResearch.com within 24 hours of delivery with your order number.

For transit-integrity or incorrect-item claims that are reviewed and approved, a replacement or resolution will be arranged. Opened reference materials cannot be returned to inventory.

Orders are typically prepared and dispatched the next business day, so address corrections and cancellation requests must be submitted as soon as possible after ordering. Email Hello@TrueBatchResearch.com with your order number; we can accommodate changes only while an order has not yet been packed or dispatched.

Once an order has shipped, the shipping address cannot be changed and the order will be delivered to the address provided at checkout. Please review your shipping address carefully before completing your purchase.
